We grew up having amaryllis in our home..I recall my Dad putting the bulbs in a dark closet in the basement for awhile. This is so much easier!!!😁. My family owned a general job shop  so have been on the end of keeping customers happy.

I grew up working there-started answering the phone during the summer when I was about 11.  Went to college-majored in accounting and returned to work in the family business started by my Grandfather in 1940s.

I retired a few years back and my Grandfather and Father have both passed and Dad sold the business in 2004 but I worked for buyer for 15 years. So know about importance of keeping the customer happy.
