Welcome to Bloomaker.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. 

1. General Information 

Bloomaker USA Inc. (“Bloomaker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Bloomaker.com and offers a variety of seasonal, live floral products for direct-to-consumer sale within the United States. 

2. Order Processing & Shipping 

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days from the date of purchase. Please note: Your selected shipping option (e.g., Express, Standard) begins only after this processing time is completed. 
  • We ship orders Monday through Thursday to protect live products from weekend delays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Thursday will ship the following Monday. 
  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. 
  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only. Bloomaker is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or external conditions such as weather. 
  • Customers will receive tracking information by email once an order ships. 

3. Live Plant Products 

  • Our bulbs and waxed amaryllis are live items, which means they are perishable and cannot be reused, resold, or restocked once shipped. 
  • Products should be opened and inspected immediately upon delivery
  • Minor variations in growth rate, size, and bloom time are natural and not considered defects. 

4. Returns & Refunds 

  • Due to the nature of live goods, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. 
  • If your package arrives damaged during transit, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include a clear photo of the damaged box and affected items, along with a brief description of the issue. Be sure to include your order number so we can assist you more quickly. 
  • For product failure (e.g., bulb not growing or blooming), customers may contact us up to 8 weeks after the purchase date. You must provide a clear photo of the item and a short description of the issue. Please include your order number with your message. 
  • We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate. 
  • Items marked “Final Sale” (such as Mystery Boxes or Clearance Items) are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or exchanges. 
  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for items that have been reshipped to a different address after the original delivery. 

5. Substitutions 

  • If a specific bulb variety or size is unavailable, we may make a comparable substitution to fulfill your order in a timely manner. 
  • Substituted items will be of equal or greater value. 

6. Promotional Offers & Coupons 

  • Only one promotional code may be applied per order. 
  • Discounts and coupon codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase
  • Promotions are subject to change or end at any time without notice. 

7. Limitation of Liability 

  • Bloomaker shall not be liable for any damages arising from the misuse of its products, or delays in shipping. 
  • In no event shall Bloomaker’s liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question. 

8. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
